Project Resolutions is operated by Owen McElhinney, a professional engineer with thirty years of wide-ranging management experience in the construction industry. Over the past seventeen years, he has specialized in dispute resolution and the management of distressed projects.
Mr. McElhinney's knowledge, versatility and team-spirit have proved essential to the resolution of numerous construction claims and disputes and to reducing the damage caused by distressed projects. He has managed projects for general contractors, mechanical and electrical subcontractors, project owners and engineering consultants and provided consultancy services to contractors, owners, engineers, architects and allied construction professions e.g., surety, legal, accounting, banking and insurance companies.
Where necessary, Owen relies on a team of trusted associates to provide additional support and/or expert computerized scheduling, delay analysis or document management.
